Q: Is a waiver required?
A: Yes, every participant must sign a waiver. You can complete the waiver online prior to arrival.
Q: Can I bring my cell phone or a go-pro or similar camera with me?
A: No. For your safety and the safety of others as well as the inflatable park itself, this is strictly prohibited.
Q: Can I wear a watch or any jewelry?
A: No, these items may cause damage and are not allowed.
Q: Is there somewhere my friends or family can watch from?
A: Yes, there are some areas to watch from. Chairs or shade is not guaranteed.
Q: Are the prices the same for adults and children?
A: Yes.
Q: How deep is the water?
A: 60-200 feet depending on the time of year.
Q: Is there a place to purchase food or beverages?
A: Yes, there is a restaurant on site as well as a general store.
Q: Do you offer private events?
A: Yes, please see our website for details or contact us directly.
Q: Can I buy tickets for multiple activities?
A: Yes, combo tickets are available for Whoa Island and H2 Whoa. See website booking page.
Whoa Island – Inflatable Obstacle Course
Q: How long is each session?
A: 45 minutes plus 15 safety orientation.
Q: Are life jackets provided?
A: Yes, we provide them and they are required to wear at all times by all participants. You must wear our life jackets, cannot wear your own.
Q: Do I need to know how to swim?
A: Yes, this is mandatory for your safety.
Q: What is the age limit?
A: 7 and above.
Q: Is there a height limit?
A: Yes, 45” for Whoa Island.
Q: Does an adult have to be present?
A: Yes and No. An adult must sign a waiver for any minors and remain in close proximity at all times. They do not have to do the activity with the minor as long as the minor meets all the requirements and can safely maneuver themselves around the obstacles.
Q: Can I wear shoes?
A: No. No type of shoe is allowed. You may wear socks, water socks or you can purchase our grip socks for $5.
H2 Whoa – Slide
Q: How many times can I go down the slide with a one-hour ticket?
A: Unlimited.
Q: Is there a height limit?
A: Yes, 48” for H2 Whoa.
Q: What is the age limit?
A: 7 and above.
Q: Does an adult have to be present?
A: Yes and No. An adult must sign a waiver for any minors and remain in close proximity at all times. They do not have to do the activity with the minor as long as the minor meets all the requirements and can safely maneuver themselves up and down the slide.
Q: Can I wear my shoes?
A: No. No sneaker, teva’s, sandals, flip flops, water shoes or similar are allowed. Barefoot or some sort of sock is acceptable. We sell aqua socks for $5.
Q: Can I access the rest of the waterpark from the slide?
A: No, the waterpark is a separate activity.
Q: Are there different slide types?
A: Yes. We offer three options to choose from. Small slide, great for younger kids or nervous adults. Medium slide, launches you further. Big slide, launches you higher.
Q: Can I watch my friend or family member from the actual slide itself?
A: No. Only active participants are allowed on the slide platform. There are viewing platforms to observe from that allow for pictures and videos.
Q: Do you offer lockers?
A: Yes. Lockers are provided free of charge. Locks are not provided but we do sell them for $5. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or wet items.
Whoa Pickleball
Q: Can I use my own paddle or balls?
A: Yes, we are not responsible for any lost balls or paddles.
Q: Are paddles and balls provided?
A: Yes, one paddle per player and two balls are provided. Any lost balls or paddles will result in a fee.
Q: How many people can play?
A: 4 people max on the court at a time. 8 people max can reserve a court and switch off accordingly but each person must sign a waiver.
Q: Can I wear my own shoes?
A: No, you must wear our aqua socks which are provided or something similar.
Q: Can I jump in the water from the court?
A: No and Yes. While you cannot jump in the water directly from the court you can enter the water next to the court. Please bring a towel to completely dry yourself off before returning to the court so that it doesn’t get slippery. Towels are not provided.
Q: Can I access the rest of the waterpark from the Pickleball court?
A: No, the waterpark and slide are separate activities. No swimming between activities.
Q: What happens if I hit a ball into the water?
A: We provide a courtside pool net on an extended pole to retrieve balls. Any completely lost balls will result in a fee of $3 each.
Q: What happens if I lose or break a paddle?
A: You will be charged $25 per paddle.
Q: Can I do H2 Whoa or Whoa Island during my pickleball time?
A: No. Those are separate activities.
